Germany by coke!
The boys on coaches D & E have been scouring the shops of the Rheine this week to find the names of Germany's victorious world cup team on coke bottles. They found their last one yesterday and I'm sure you'll recognise the familiar 4—2—1—2-1—1 formation!

Ready to leave!
We can't believe are heading back tomorrow. All the students have had a wonderful time enjoying the rivers and castles. After discos tonight everyone's tucked up in bed ready for a long journey back tomorrow
Coach C reporting in!
Internet connections are not good at the hotel, so we have phoned school to give you this report. We are taking lots of pictures, and you will all be able to see them on our return! Our main message is that everything is going very well!
We had a peaceful journey and arrived at a lovely hotel with great food and great hosts!
On Tuesday we went to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress and enjoyed a lovely view over the Rhine and the Mosel. We were so impressed that *everyone* plucked up the courage to go on the Rüdesheim gondola! We then went to the Siegfrieds Musikkabinett. In the evening we went for a walk in the park.
On Wednesday we were yet again delighted that *everyone* went up the chairlift at Boppard. We had a lovely forest walk, then went to the Schloss Rheinfels where we explored the tunnels. Next was a lovely river cruise on a nice boat ending up with visiting what Mr Tunmore describes as 'the loveliest village ever'. After dinner we had a disco.
This morning we went to Cochem, then had lunch by the river. We are about to visit the Deutsches Eck in Koblenz.
Bis morgen! See you tomorrow!

Sunshine on the Rheine
A lovely day to be on the river... Since students used the boat's captive audience to conduct some interviews in German :)
